My daughter took me here to buy new hoodies. The fabric is soft and warm. Perfect for the cool weather. I am taken cared by Samantha at checkout. She is the nicest. She greets you with the nicest smile and very accommodating. This is the customer service any customer wanted. We will definitely coming back to shop in store.

Sara at Edikted was amazing! She was super helpful, friendly, and patient while helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Elena was absolutely amazing during my shopping experience. She was so welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind from the moment I walked in. She took the time to recommend so many great products, and honestly… I ended up spending way more than I planned, but I don’t even care because everything she suggested was spot on. I love this store!! I always find super cute pieces and the quality is great for the price. The store has a nice vibe and I receive amazing customer service every time. Riven was especially helpful at finding me the sizes I wanted and making great recommendations! She was super sweet and made my experience better overall. I’d definitely recommend shopping at Edikted and I will be returning soon.

I came in today for the first time and Nadeen worked with me and she was truly amazing! I’m visiting from out of state and it was my first time coming. I needed help looking a specific item I saw online and Nadeen went above beyond checking for me not only on the floor but also in the back. She suggested some other rly cute pieces that i ended up getting. She made my first time shopping at the store truly amazing and really set the standard for what customer service should look like. What an amazing experience I had at Edikted! We had the pleasure of being helped by Helen! She was just incredible and super helpful! I went in looking for something for my daughters and niece and she showed me all the trendy items girls their ages would love! She was right!!! They were so excited with the items she picked out! AMAZING SERVICE! My daughter and her friend were shopping and Denise went OUT OF HER WAY to help them find matching jeans and went through at least 4 pairs! I WOULD GIVE SIX STARS JUST TO DENICE. COME TO EDIKTED HERE IF U WANT AMAZING SERVICE AND AMAZING STAFF! SHE WAS SO POSITIVE AND GAVE SUCH GOOD VIBES! PROMOTE HER RIGHT NOW !!!!!!
